The Lowland Hall at The Royal Highland Centre is a great venue with a variety of facilities including ample parking, disabled car parking, disabled toilets, various food outlets, baby changing, ramp access and cash machine (located at the Royal Bank of Scotland within the venue)

There will be a number of different catering facilities on-site which are usually open for breakfast and lunch, offering snacks, hot meals, drinks, etc.
All buildings have purpose-built or enhanced entrances for disabled access. Internal spaces, including public conveniences and public seating areas, have been designed and laid out to accommodate disabled access at all times. Designated disabled parking bays are situated at the front of the parking area to provide as easy access as possible for visitors. Please be aware we do not offer mobility hire, but you are more than welcome to arrange a scooter to meet you at the show entrance.
Address & Directions
The Royal Highland Centre is located next to Edinburgh Airport, within minutes of the M8 and M9, and in easy reach of the city centre. The RHC sits off Glasgow Road (A8) between Newbridge roundabout and the A8/airport roundabout, one of the main routes to the city. Access to the Royal Highland Centre is from A8/Airport roundabout on to Eastfield Road. From there signposts provide directions to the venue along Fairview Road onto Ingliston Road, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding it, below is the address and directions.

The Royal Highland Centre features ample parking, so you should have no problem finding a car parking space at the venue in the north car park, there is a nominal charge for this parking,
There is allocated disabled parking close to the venue.
We will be running a FREE courtesy bus from a nearby Edinburgh train station – more details to follow. The courtesy bus will be running from 9.30am throughout both show days until after the show has finished. There are no set times but you should not have to wait for more than 30 minutes at either the show ground or train station. You’ll find the pick up point just outside the station and the return pick up point is outside the Lowland Hall.
The Tram stop nearest the Royal Highland Centre is Ingliston Park & Ride and is approximately a 15 minute walk to the venue travelling from Eastfield Road, along Fairview Road. From Edinburgh, Lothian Buses run regular services including the 48, 35 and the Airport Express (100). All buses run regularly and drop-off close to the Royal Highland Centre. Click here for a Lothian Buses timetable or call 0131 555 6363 for further information.
The Stagecoach Jet747 bus service from Fife will drop visitors off outside the Royal Highland Centre. Click here for more information.
