Doncaster Racecourse is a great venue with a variety of facilities including ample FREE parking, disabled car parking, disabled toilets, various food outlets, baby changing, ramp access, lifts to all floors and cash machines.

Catering Facilities
There will be a number of different catering facilities on-site which are usually open for breakfast and lunch, offering snacks, hot meals, drinks, etc. Please be aware that Doncaster Racecourse is a cashless venue, so catering will be card payments only – entry tickets and purchases from exhibitors can still be paid in cash.
Disabled Access
All buildings have purpose-built or enhanced entrances for disabled access. Internal spaces, including public conveniences and public seating areas, have been designed and laid out to accommodate disabled access at all times. There is limited designated disabled parking at the front of the racecourse with a drop off point for coaches and disabled visitors. There is also disabled parking opposite the racecourse to provide as easy access as possible for visitors. If travelling by public transport, we cannot guarantee that the free courtesy bus/coach can accommodate mobility scooters. Please be aware we do not offer mobility hire, but you are more than welcome to arrange a scooter to meet you at the show entrance.
Cloakroom
We’re happy to say the RSPCA will be running the cloakroom for us at Doncaster for you to safely leave your coats and bags whilst you’re shopping. They will be charging £1 per item, with all money raised going to the RSPCA.

Parking
Doncaster Racecourse features ample FREE parking, you should have no problem finding a car parking space at the venue.
There is limited disabled parking at the front of the racecourse with a drop off point for coaches and disabled visitors. There is also disabled parking opposite the racecourse.
Public Transport
We will be running a FREE courtesy bus from Doncaster train station. The courtesy bus will be running from 9.00am throughout both show days until after the show has finished. There are no set times, but the bus will be running approximately every hour, leaving the station roughly on the house. We cannot guarantee that the free courtesy bus/coach can accommodate mobility scooters.
