Update from Stephanie

My dear crafty friend,

It saddens the team and I to be reaching out to you all again with uncertain news, however it is with great regret and a heavy heart that we have taken the very difficult decision to reschedule two of our Crafting Live shows at Doncaster and Sandown this summer. Despite the numerous announcements over the last week on the easing of lockdown measures, the safety of you our customer, exhibitors and staff is our paramount concern – and with still the increased uncertainty of COVID-19, the vaccine rollout efficiency and crowd density we feel we would be unable to ensure that safety for these shows.

However, I am pleased to confirm we are still going ahead with our Crafting Live Peterborough show this 15 & 16 October 2021. We hope by this time there will be more certainty surrounding COVID safe venue measures and we will have a better outlook on the vaccine roll-out.

If you have purchased day tickets to either the Doncaster or Sandown shows, these will automatically be transferred over to next year’s dates which are:

  • Doncaster: 8 – 10 July with the workshop on the 8th July.
This will now be the Crafting Live’s 10th Anniversary.
  • Sandown: 22 – 23 January

Alternatively, if you would like to come to our Peterborough show this October, please bring the ticket you have with you and we will honour it at the show. You will also be able use that same ticket to visit our shows next year too – this is our way of thanking you for your patience during this difficult time.

If you’ve already printed your tickets for any of the shows, you will be able to use these for the shows next year – alternatively, if you reprint your tickets from your original email confirmation or your account if purchased via the Crafting Live website, these will show the new dates.

All the exciting elements that have drawn you to our Crafting Live shows in the past will still be there at Peterborough – and then with our Doncaster & Sandown shows next year – with even more exhibitors, feature areas, make and takes, demonstrations, special guests and more besides!

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact my team, I thank you for your understanding and patience, your support is very much appreciated.

Once again, my sincere apologies that it has come to this but we are in ever changing and worrying times at the moment and the safety of everyone is my biggest concern. My team and I very much look forward to welcoming you at the Peterborough show, or rescheduled shows in 2022.

Stay safe and keep crafting!
